Follow up Sessions

Focused follow up

30 minutes - $90.00

A focused follow up appointment will help us evaluate your (or your child's) response to treatment after our initial assessment, whether it's a change in medication or natural regimen, monitoring progress of a dietary, sleep, stress reduction or exercise program, or general health coaching. We may also review test or imaging results or troubleshoot ongoing challenges with therapy or adherence to therapies.

Our experience is that many straightforward health issues can be resolved in three to four focused follow up sessions.

Intensive Follow up

50 minutes - $125.00

Intensive follow up appointments are also used to evaluate treatments, but are twice as long, which allows more time to go over function or medical testing or imaging results.

We recommend these sessions for fertility patients to review information on your charting app or fertility charts in depth, or for complicated post-cancer care and patients with more complex conditions.

We also recommend these sessions for for patients with complex issues, including autoimmune or mood problems, where we can go more in depth with counselling over communication, family or workplace issues, and lifestyle factors.

Many patients in these situations may find they may need two or three intensive follow ups initially, then switch to focused follow ups on a quarterly or bi-yearly basis.
