Dr. Trevorrow uses a portal at doxy.me that you can use on your computer, tablet, or smart phone, as long as you have a webcam with a microphone and speaker, and at least 750 kb/s download and upload speed. We recommend using a tripod or stand to hold your smart phone or tablet as needed, so that you don't have to hold it the whole time during your session.
There is a doxy.me mobile app in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. For laptop, desktop, or Android devices we recommend using accessing the doxy.me site from a Chrome or Firefox browser. Safari works sometimes and doesn't work sometimes, so we don't generally recommend it.
A test run of doxy.me site or app prior to your first appointment will make your time run more smoothly and save firewall or virus software headaches. Your browser may prompt you to allow doxy.me to access your microphone and speakers; we recommend clicking accept if this comes up.
To check in for your appointment, Dr. Marianne's online portal is at We recommend checking into the online portal five minutes before your appointment so your session can begin right on time.
